TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Senior Vice President within the Gulf Coast region, David brings 30 years of agency leasing and development experience to the 星空体育官方网址 team. David鈥檚 diverse experience includes the leasing of over 15 million square feet of suburban and downtown office buildings, development/redevelopment of multiple office facilities, property acquisitions/dispositions and corporate service assignments. David has completed approximately 1,500 office leases in his career. David was named a Top Producer for the Gulf Coast Region of 星空体育官方网址 in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011-2015, a CoStar Power Broker in 2014 and was the recipient of the Houston Business Journal鈥檚 鈥淗eavy Hitter鈥� award in 2010, 2014 and 2015. In addition, David was awarded 鈥淒eal of the Year鈥� by HOLBA in 2015.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

David has held senior leadership roles for several institutional owners of commercial real estate, including GenCap Partners, L.P., Senterra Development, Fidinam Investment Consulting and most recently as an officer of Prentiss Properties Trust. His dedication to investment performance is reflected in the technical and detailed manner in which he approaches leasing and marketing opportunities.

EDUCATION

David has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business from Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
