John serves as Director of Construction at 星空体育官方网址 Development Company and is based in Houston. John oversees the selection of development team members such as design consultants and General Contractors. His responsibilities include preconstruction budgeting, due diligence, design development, and construction management.

During his career, John has participated in the construction of office, industrial, multifamily, and educational spaces representing more than 2.9 million sf and $460 million in cost, aggregate.

Prior to joining 星空体育官方网址, he was a Project Manager with D.E. Harvey Builders, where he oversaw and managed various projects and teams. During his tenure with Harvey, John completed a broad spectrum of GMP and Lump Sum Projects, including the 30-story BHP Billiton Tower, Tradition Woodway, a 24-story Senior Living Facility consisting of Independent and Assisted Living Units, BakerRipley Pasadena Campus Expansion, and the Bluebonnet Nutrition campus addition, a 150,000 sq ft facility for the production and storage of nutritional pills. John was also involved with multiple preconstruction efforts at Harvey.

During his time at Transwesten, John managed the development of the Windsor Village Project, a mixed-use development consisting of 404 residential units and 22,000 sq ft of retail in Austin. John has also assisted in the permit pursuit for many of other multifamily developments in the Central Texas region and South Carolina. Additionally, John has managed the design development of multiple components of the RO, a mixed-use development in Houston.

John received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
