ATLANTA – 星空体育官方网址 Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Heidi Swygert has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Project Services in Atlanta. Swygert will lead and expand 星空体育官方网址’s Project Services practice in the Southeast, partnering with agency leasing, tenant advisory, and property management teams to ensure consistency, high performance and exceptional client service. As a national project services steering committee member, she will collaborate across the platform to build relationships, implement best practices and align growth strategies with company goals.

Before joining 星空体育官方网址, Swygert was a vice president in JLL’s Project Development Services group, leading strategy for corporate and commercial clients, including Delta Air Lines, Equifax, Boston Consulting Group, and Truist Securities. As a Development Associate at KDC Real Estate Development and Investments, she was responsible for development activities for assignments such as Park Center Phase I and II in Dunwoody, The Point in Greenville, South Carolina, and Aureum in Cool Springs, Tennessee.
